Hot stone massage
Hot stone massage is a massage where I use smooth, heated stones as an extension of my own hands, or by placing them on the body. The heat can be both deeply relaxing and help warm up tight muscles so I can work more deeply.
The stones are made of basalt, a type of volcanic rock that retains heat.
Derived from Latin the words myo means muscle and fascia means band.
Myofascial release is a specialised physical therapy that gently affects and releases fascial restrictions within the entire body. Myofascial release is very different to that of massage, no oils are used. A gentle, sustained pressure is applied for a minimum of 5 minutes on each treated part of the body, allowing the fascia to elongate naturally and return to its normal relaxed and healthy state, providing effective results.
Indian head massage
Indian head massage is a massage to the upper back, neck, shoulders, upper arms, scalp and face.
The aim of Indian head massage is to release tension in the muscles and joints of the head, face, neck and shoulders. Indian head massage can also help with relieving fatigue, insomnia, headaches, and sinusitis. The experience is deeply calming and relaxing, leaving a feeling of increased energy, concentration and revitalisation.
Treatments can be carried out in a seated position.
Thai foot massage
Thai foot massage is a massage of the lower legs and feet.
Thai Foot Massage is great for tired feet, improving circulation and lymph movement in the feet and lower legs, and improving flexibility.
Working with the feet, lower leg and knees, this 2000 year old treatment frees up blocked energy within the body's many sens lines (Thai-based meridians) to produce a deep and unique feeling of balance, relaxation and well-being.

This is a full body massage in which hands are used to massage soft tissues. Its objective is to improve circulation and muscle function, release scar tissue and produce relaxation.
During the session you will be laying on a massage table in a quiet, comforting environment.
